  2. What harm does "3-Excess" luggage bring to the plane?

  The actual weight of the plane may exceed the weight recorded on the manifest, affecting the safety of the plane.

  Luggage may be scattered in the cabin during turbulence or other special circumstances, affecting emergency evacuation and endangering the lives of passengers.

  Luggage may need to be recalculated and adjusted, resulting in flight delays or cancellations.

  3. What inconvenience does "3-Excess" luggage bring to travel?

  If "3-Excess" luggage is stuck when boarding the plane, it may not arrive on the same plane as the passenger. We (or airline company) will help transport the stuck luggage to the destination airport through subsequent flights, but the passenger needs to take the time to come to the airport and pick up the luggage.
